Ultimate Barossa Retreats (UBR) offers a unique combination of Boutique Accommodation and Wellness Activities ideal for team building, relaxing, creating and focusing the mind.
Located in the picturesque town of Tanunda, in the heart of the Barossa Valley. Just an hour’s drive from Adelaide Airport.

Our beautiful property is unique and is available for Corporate Hire on weekends, mid-week or weekly stays (min. 2 nights).
UBR offers a variety of Corporate Business Retreat packages from:

The UBR property boasts 2 different styles of accommodation which can be booked separately or combined. The Barossa Dreams Historic home with 6 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge room (6 – 12 people) and the Barossa Valley Apartments, a 2-storey block of 4 modern 2 bedroom apartments with ensuites, TV’s, fully equipped kitchen and open plan dining and living (8 – 16 people). Upstairs with Balconies and outdoor dining and downstairs private rear yards with outdoor dining. All linen & towels supplied.
Overall we can accommodate 14 people (private single rooms) and up to 28 people (twin share) or a mixture of both for less than 28 people. Enjoy the historic home with many original features (6 bedrooms) and 4 x 2bedroom modern apartments. A majority of bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, plus fully equipped Kitchens and separate Lounge and Dining rooms. Essentials like Free Wi-Fi, TV’s and off-street parking are available. Early check-in and late check-outs can be arranged subject to existing bookings.
There are also several outdoor spaces and beautiful gardens allowing plenty of choice in areas which can be used for presentations, planning or team building activities plus you will have exclusive use (if hiring the whole property) of the heated swimming pool and undercover BBQ area with drinks fridge.
Your Corporate Business Retreat will be unique. You can design it so everyone remains onsite to maximise your time together or you can explore the Barossa Valley region and visit wineries, breweries, markets, enjoy the many amazing local café’s, restaurants, bars and more.
Our ‘Add-On’ Experiences can range from pampering massages, facials, Hot stone to Art Therapy along with Pottery & Mosaic workshops, Hot Air Balloon flights, Segway Winery Tour, Energy Clinic, Psychic readings and Energy resets, Hypnosis, Sound healing and so much more. We can also provide recommendations for dining and other activities.
Through our collaboration with local SA businesses, we can arrange Gift Baskets filled with delightful local Barossa produce including; cheese, chocolate, condiments, gin, wine, candles, jewellery and handmade products to give to your team as a thank you or to acknowledge their achievements. You may also like to consider breakfast baskets (full of local foods) so teams can cook and share a meal together in the mornings.
