Seaton on Spence is accessed by turning north at Kepler St (Kentucky Chicken on the north west corner) from the highway (Raglan Pde). Veer left into Spence St and Seaton is located on the next roundabout between Spence St and Princess St. All properties are well signed with an identifying property name.

Cancellation Policy

Please note a 10% fee payable on any cancellation. Further if booking cancelled within 14 days of arrival 2 nights accommodation shall be payable on cancellation. However we will do our utmost to fill the vacancy and if that occurs no fee will be payable. Five day minimum during from 24th December to 31st January. Four day minimum during Easter.
