North Adelaide Heritage Group maintains a strict no-noise policy and unauthorized parties, group gatherings and functions are strictly prohibited. Breach of this policy will result in the offending guests being required to leave the premises with no refund.
***Smoking is not permitted indoors. Should smoking occur within our accommodation a minimum charge of AUD$100 will be applied

ACCOMMODATION POLICY All guests must be registered by providing full credit card details address & contact telephone numbers Management reserves the right to upgrade or transfer to accommodation of a similar standard. Your reservation only applies to the number of paying guests. Visitors of guests: Paying guests are totally responsible for their visitors whose number is not to exceed the sleeping capacity of the accommodation. Any additional guests must be registered with the office; Additional charges apply Parties are expressly prohibited in all our unique properties. CANCELLATION POLICY Any alterations to length of stay i.e. shortening of period booked will be charged for full period unless 30 days notice is given prior to arrival Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival will be entitled to a full refund less a AUD$55.00 administration fee (inc. GST). Cancellations notified less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid. You can use the deposit as a credit for future accommodation. This must be used within 12 months of the original booking. Travel insurance is highly recommended for all reservations against illness cancellation of travel or loss of belongings
